Château Sirac Cuvée Cantegrit

Vineyard owned by the Faux Family since 1886 (5th generation). Farmer Bousseau family. Sirac is the name of a locality and a farm which appear on the royal plans of Belleyme, map dating from 1789 as well as the locality Cantegrit (sings cricket in Gascon) on the commune of Prignac and Marcamps.

Stainless steel vats, long maceration.

Tasting comments :

The colour is deep and intense, the nose opens with crisp fruit and the direct attack on the palate leads into notes of fresh herbs and tart red fruit. Hints of roasted woodiness burst through, extending into the finish.
