CHÂTEAU POUYAU DE BOISSET – CUVÉE RÉSERVE

I settled at Château Pouyau de Boisset in 2002 with my husband, proud to own this historic estate that has long been managed and run by women only. The estate Pouyau de Boisset belonged to the Maison Forte de Boisset, a fortified manor house built in the 15th century. The name “pouyau”, or “podium” in latin, means the top, the hight, referring to the mound on top of which the house stands.
My vineyard is certified with the organic-farming label since 2007 because I care to craft wines that respect biodiversity and true to my terroir. I am proud to share my winegrowing philosophy with my children and grandchildren: we already have breeding grounds, let’s plant good seed!
